CELEBRATING AMYLEE ♡
Today was a very special day for Amylee at Bethlehem College Kindergarten. Today was her graduation!
Amylee and her family have been a very special part of our centre community . Now it is time for her to go to primary school.
At Bethlehem College Kindergarten we celebrate this milestone with a special graduation ceremony.
The child’s journey at kindy, their interests and virtues are shared at this time. The other children are able to contribute to the celebration and a bible is presented to the child.

Amylee, we have loved getting to know you!
Amylee, some things that we love about you are: Your smile and enthusiasm as you join in with our Kindy activities. The way you have helped look after your brother as he has settled into Kindy. Your gentleness with the animals we have at Kindy. Amylee you also love making gifts to give to others.
We’ve noticed that you enjoy role-playing families. You love to be part of a family as you act out what might happen during a family’s day. You love to dress, fed and take the dolls (babies) on special outings. Dramatic play where you turn into animals and take turns being the mum. Baking with your friends and art activities.
Amylee, you are very interested in the pets we have at Kindy and helping to care for them. Sharing about your family and what you do together as a family. Creative art projects where you can experiment with materials. Creating gifts for special people in your life. Helping to look after the younger children in our Kindy community.
The character virtues we have seen you develop are caring, determination, assertiveness, friendliness, fairness, justice, resilience and tolerance.
Amylee, our prayer for you is that as you transition to primary school is that you settle quickly into your classroom routines and enjoy the opportunities to extend your learning as you engage in activities at school. I pray you make long lasting and special friendships and accomplish many great things as you develop your unique and God given potential. Amylee may you grow in God’s wisdom and love.
