CELEBRATING ELISE ♡
Today was a very special day for Elise at Bethlehem College Kindergarten. Today was her graduation! Elise and her family have been a wonderful part of our centre community.
At Bethlehem College Kindergarten we celebrate this milestone with a special graduation ceremony.
The child’s journey at kindy, their interests and virtues are shared at this time. The other children are able to contribute to the celebration and a bible is presented to the child.
Elise, it’s our pleasure to send you off to your new adventure at school with our love, support and blessing ♡
Elise, we have loved getting to know you.
Elise, some things that we love about you are your sense of humor and jokes (not peeling well!) your wonderful pictures that you make, crafts and construction and that you will give anything a go, your interest in so many things around and your great questions. We also really love the way that you looked after others who were feeling sad and were so kind and loving to them.
We’ve noticed that you enjoy playing with your friends, riding bikes, doing beautiful pictures, painting, music and making up wonderful stories. You also like to enjoy a story being read to you and you are quick to see the humor in the story and have a great memory of books you really love hearing again and again. Role playing is definitely something you enjoy especially being a groovy rock star jamming it out.
Elise, you are very interested in nature and the world around you. We have noticed just how much you have loved gardening and watching things grow. Whenever there are animals around at kindy either our kindy animals or the ones that come to visit you are right there and like to use your gentle hands and caring words.
The character virtues we have seen you develop are Caring, Enthusiasm, Helpfulness, Friendliness, Love, and Confidence, Gentleness.
Elise, our prayer for you as you transition to primary school is that you continue to grow and develop into the amazing young person God has made you to be. That your transition goes smoothly and you make some great new friends. We trust that you will accomplish many great things as you develop your unique and God given talents. May you really enjoy starting school and grow in Gods Wisdom and love.
