CELEBRATING PIA ♡

Today was a very special day for Pia at Bethlehem College Kindergarten.  Today was her graduation! Pia and her family have been a wonderful part of our centre community.

At Bethlehem College Kindergarten we celebrate this milestone with a special graduation ceremony.

The child’s journey at kindy, their interests and virtues are shared at this time.  The other children are able to contribute to the celebration and a bible is presented to the child.

Pia, we have loved getting to know you.

Pia, some things that we love about you are your amazing enthusiasm for learning, conversation, and discovery which is contagious. You have shared your intent interest and compassion for animals with us – we love your dramatic animal sounds and actions. We love your desire to make the most of the moments you have each and every day.  

We’ve noticed that you enjoy playing with animals, dinosaurs and all kinds of creatures. You love totally immersing yourself in learning opportunities and enjoy using all your senses to make discoveries along with your friends who you love to laugh and share adventures with.  

Pia, you are very interested in everything there is to know about every one of the creatures in creation. You have enjoyed the friendships that you have made here and have learnt some wonderful skills to make and keep friendships. You are curious about science, colour and making things beautiful! 

The character virtues we have seen you develop are Enthusiasm, Encouragement, Friendliness, Love, Creativity, Gentleness, Compassion, Trust, Joyfulness, and Courage.

Pia, our prayer for you is that as you transition to primary school you continue to grow and develop into the amazing young person God has made you to be. We pray that your transition goes smoothly and you make some great new friends and that you accomplish many great things as you develop your unique and God given talents.
