CELEBRATING TAYLOR ♡
Today was a very special day for Taylor at Bethlehem College Kindergarten. Today was her graduation!
Taylor and her family have been a very special part of our centre community . Now it is time for her to go to primary school.
At Bethlehem College Kindergarten we celebrate this milestone with a special graduation ceremony.
The child’s journey at kindy, their interests and virtues are shared at this time. The other children are able to contribute to the celebration and a bible is presented to the child.

Taylor, we have loved getting to know you.
Taylor, some things that we love about you are: Your caring heart and the words you use to share your feelings and ideas – you often have kind and caring words, gifts or ways of showing kindness to others. We love your sense of humour and fun, your descriptive words, drawings and paintings and the way you celebrate the success of others and yourself.
We’ve noticed that you enjoy drama, acting, music and story telling – you have drawn many into your mini productions. You enjoy painting, playing outside, playing games, gymnastics, swings, bikes and obstacle courses. You enjoy cooking and baking – whether with real food or in the sandpit or family play with your Kindy friends.
Taylor, you are very interested in finding out about new ways to use colours, textures in creative projects. You observe the world around you carefully and ask questions, then sharing your growing knowledge with others. You are interested in shells and fossils, working with playdough, clay and fabric – we have worked on so many creative projects in your time here!
The character virtues we have seen you develop are creativity, encouragement, caring, love, gentleness, joyfulness, co-operation, determination, helpfulness, enthusiasm, kindness, loyalty.
Taylor, our prayer for you is that as you transition to primary school you continue to grow and develop into the amazing person God has made you to be. We pray that you will use your caring heart soft to others and bless others as you share kindness with them. That your transition goes smoothly and you make some great new friends and that you accomplish many great things as you develop your unique and God given talents. May you really enjoy your first days at school and grow in Gods wisdom and love.
